Created by an Engineer for Real Estate Professionals
We live in an increasingly litigious society. Look to any licensed, practicing professional and you will more than likely find potential for liability at all levels.
If there is one area where this is becoming evermore present, it is within the home buying process.
Over the past decades, the adoption of strict building codes and increasingly meticulous home inspection curriculums have highlighted the importance of structural professionals like never before.

Why we Built Structural Assist
Having inspected over 1,500 residential and commercial structures as a professional engineer, as well as having invested in over a dozen similar pieces of property as a real estate investor, we have witnessed and taken part in the struggles on both sides, particularly under unforgiving time constraints.
It is with this experience and knowledge that we have created Structural Assist, an intuitive and organized portal connecting real estate professionals, engineers, and contractors with the sole purpose of helping to get the client to the closing table, effectively and efficiently.
This platform streamlines the process of contact, scheduling, document preparation, and cost estimation to keep all contributing parties in contact and aware of expectations and deadlines.
If we can improve the current state of disconnect and inefficiency during the property transaction process by even minor degrees, than we have achieved our mission statement.
